Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Relations Officer, based in Dubai.
The Employee Relations Officer will support the development and maintenance of positive workplace relationships, act as a liaison between employees and management, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key tasks include mediating conflicts, conducting employee engagement initiatives, addressing complaints and grievances, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
The role also involves creating and implementing policies that promote employee satisfaction and organizational alignment.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Relations, Employer Engagement, and Employee Engagement
- Proficiency in Communication, including listening, mediating, and verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law and its application in workplace settings
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle conflicts effectively and empathetically
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Proven ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment
