About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and proactive Employee Relations Executive to join our Head Office team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting employee relations activities, handling staff concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labour regulations.
Requirements
- Emirati National or Arabic Speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in Employee Relations or HR preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work onsite at Head Office
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases and provide HR support
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with departments regarding employee-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour law
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
