The PMO Analyst will support project and portfolio management activities across the business.
The role combines PMO, data analytics, and AI capabilities to provide project performance insights and improve decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance across the project portfolio.
- Maintain project plans, milestones, action trackers, portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery performance.
- Support governance meetings, steering committees, portfolio reviews, and management reporting.
- Analyze project and portfolio data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Use AI and automation for reporting, data analysis, meeting summaries, risk identification, documentation, and forecasting.
- Develop templates, workflows, standardized reporting mechanisms, and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in PMO, project management, business analysis, portfolio management, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with project reporting, governance, and performance tracking.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI or similar analytics and reporting tool experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PMOCP, or another project management certification.
- Experience with Power Automate, SQL, Python, AI, automation, portfolio management, or enterprise transformation programs.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
