Job Description
We are seeking a customer-focused **Emirati** to support daily operations and ensure a smooth and professional service experience for all visitors.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the service centre.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service logs and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Ensure the reception and service area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- **Note:** This opportunity is open exclusively to UAE Nationals as part of our Emiratization initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
