Embedded software engineer role in product development and industrial IoT.
The selected candidate is expected to have growth potential and may lead a team of engineers within three years.
Embedded hardware development
- Design PCBs, develop firmware, prepare specifications, and select materials.
- Develop and test hardware in-house.
- Deploy hardware and provide support.
Embedded software development
- Study and document existing software.
- Evaluate and transfer software to a multi-modular architecture.
- Install software on embedded systems.
- Provide ongoing customer support and manage data.
Product development and delivery
- Continuously improve existing product features and customize solutions for customers.
- Deliver projects on time with zero bugs to enable repeat customer business.
Technical skills
- Experience in C++ and developing software for embedded systems is marked M.
- Knowledge of network architecture, ARM and microcontroller CPUs, RTOS, Git, and TCP/IP, sockets, and CAN is marked M.
- C/C++ and a Linux environment are listed as language and OS requirements, marked N.
