Embedded Developer (RTOS)

Role overview

Technical expertise

• Strong C programming and knowledge of processor and microcontroller architectures, including Cortex-A and ARM processors.
• Experience with bare-metal systems, RTOS, device drivers, Linux kernel and application programming, and embedded systems architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and hands-on coding skills.

Other requirements

• Direct customer interaction and experience working onsite with US- or Europe-based customers are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Customer interaction with US and Europe is described as preferred in one section and mandatory in another.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements, estimate effort, plan work, and deliver projects on time with quality.
• Track daily team tasks, project schedules, risks, communications, configuration management, and team performance.
• Communicate with customers, add customer value, and support onsite assignments or customer visits when required.
• Interview candidates, define technical training, mentor team members, and support team development.
• Prepare proposals and provide presales support.
• Set domain direction and develop the team to meet customer needs efficiently.

Schedule

• Shift timings are 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.
