Overview
We are seeking a
Remote Email Marketing Specialist
to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns across the EU and MENA regions.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy combining creativity with data-driven decision-making to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
In this position, you will manage end-to-end email marketing activities, from campaign creation and segmentation to performance analysis and optimization.
Your ability to craft compelling messaging, manage campaigns, and analyze results will directly contribute to customer engagement and business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Segment audiences to deliver targeted and personalized messaging
- Write and edit engaging email copy aligned with brand tone and goals
- Design or coordinate email layouts using marketing tools and templates
- Schedule and deploy campaigns across email platforms
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
- Maintain and clean email lists to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on campaigns and promotions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Basic understanding of email marketing principles and campaign strategy
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Comfortable working with data segmentation and audience targeting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in email marketing or digital marketing is a plus
