About This Role
Role Overview We are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to manage customer communication, automation, and retention across all group businesses. Group Structure (Important) This role will manage CRM and customer communication across all group brands, including both B2B and B2C segments, requiring strong organisation and segmentation skills. Key Responsibilities
• Manage CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot / Klaviyo) • Build and execute email campaigns (promotions, launches, B2B outreach) • Create automated flows: • Welcome flows • Abandoned cart • Re-engagement campaigns • Segment customer and B2B databases • Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns • Track performance (open rates, conversions, retention) • Work closely with marketing team to support campaigns
