Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate
• pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities
• for
• MV/LV electrical systems
• in an offshore environment.
• Manage
• electrical equipment energization
• , including:
• Switchgear
• MCCs
• Transformers
• UPS Systems

• Associated Electrical Equipment

• Ensure proper execution of:
• Functional Testing

• Protection Relay Testing

• Interlock Verification

• Electrical Troubleshooting & Start-Up Support

• Ensure all activities comply with:
• HSE Requirements
• Project Specifications
• Quality Standards

Interface & Coordination

• Construction & Mechanical Completion Teams

System Control & Start-Up Support

• Monitor plant parameters (Field & DCS where applicable)
• Support commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting activities
• Ensure stable and safe plant operation during commissioning phases

Documentation & System Completion

• Review and validate commissioning documentation:
• ITRs
• Checklists
• Test Reports
• Support Punch List closure and system handover
• Align commissioning activities with Mechanical Completion and Commissioning databases

Technical Requirements

• Functional Testing & Troubleshooting

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree / Diploma in

Electrical Engineering

• or equivalent
• **10–15 years**

Oil & Gas And Epc Projects

• Minimum
• 5 years of Electrical Commissioning experience
• **Offshore experience is mandatory**
• Fluent English communication skills
• Availability for offshore rotations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on

Middle East Projects

• Familiarity with
• DCS / PLC / ESD / F&G Systems
• Valid offshore certifications such as
