Role overview
Manage and coordinate electrical works on construction projects in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day electrical MEP activities at the project site.
- Supervise installation of LV systems, power distribution, lighting, containment, cable systems, and related electrical works.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, and other MEP disciplines.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical and site matters.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable UAE standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in electrical/MEP construction projects.
- Strong UAE experience in residential, high-rise, and villa projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical building services, LV systems, power distribution, and lighting.
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings, specifications, and MEP coordination.
- Experience in testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
