Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Project Engineer, based in the Riyadh Region. The Electrical Project Engineer will design, develop, and review electrical plans, oversee the implementation of power systems and power distribution projects, and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards. Day-to-day tasks include electrical system analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines. The role requires managing resources, performing quality checks, and ensuring safety protocols are upheld throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of Electricity and Power Systems
• Experience in Power Distribution systems and network management
• Proficiency in project management and technical reporting
• Familiarity with compliance standards and safety regulations specific to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage tight deadlines effectively
• Previous experience in large-scale projects in commercial, industrial, or government sectors is advantageous

Education and Certification Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

DUTIES:

1- Operations:

• Develop electrical distribution systems for client projects, assignments.
• Perform system calculations and studies for electrical power systems – load flow, voltage drop, motor starting, short circuit studies, and relay coordination studies.
• Site Execution as per the details drawing & Engineering layouts

2- Testing:

• Develop test requirements and assist in electrical equipment checkout and startup.
• Review and check all assigned project electrical installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instructions.

3- Documentation & Reporting:

• Documentation of all testing and installation, commission of the project.
• Make necessary arrangements for onsite purchase and costing of the project.
