Electrical Project Engineer
About This Role
We are hiring an Electrical Project Engineer
Job Functions:
- Design and develop electrical systems for building construction projects
- Review and analyze technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems at project sites.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations (DEWA/SEWA/ADDC), and safety standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to approved drawings and materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role with an MEP contracting company.
- Deep knowledge of UAE authority standards and approval processes (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC).
- Proven experience in LV systems, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
