Overview
- Supervise and manage all electrical works at site.
- Plan, execute, inspect, and monitor electrical installation and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in power distribution systems.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of MDB, SMDB, DB panels, MCC panels, and associated equipment.
- Monitor and maintain SMATV, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and other ELV systems.
- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications before execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, work schedules, and maintenance records.
- Supervise technicians and ensure work is completed according to project requirements and timelines.
- Identify and implement corrective and preventive maintenance measures.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company procedures.
- Manage material requirements and verify quantities for electrical works.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and provide technical solutions to minimize downtime.
