Key accountabilities and responsibilities
- Prepare detailed CAD, Revit, and Navisworks drawings to project requirements.
- Draft and model power, lighting, emergency lighting, lightning protection, telecom, fire alarm, AV, security, CCTV, and electrical ELV containment.
- Produce accurate record drawings and provide CAD/BIM support to project and discipline engineers.
- Complete production and drafting tasks assigned by engineers or the BIM coordinator.
- Develop 3D BIM design content for drawing sets and participate in discipline reviews.
- Coordinate electrical/ELV requirements and design changes with engineers and other disciplines.
- Lead BIM model coordination as required; prepare MEP design models or content for 3D coordination meetings.
- Follow 3D execution plans, project workflows, content standards, and development procedures; maintain backups and archives.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of career experience and a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is essential.
- Relevant IT skills and computer literacy.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong team player able to balance conflicting priorities and make timely decisions.

Pay
- Pay is AED 6,000–10,000 per month.
