Overview
- EHS Implementation at Site:
- Ensure end-to-end execution of all site-level EHS plans, procedures, and compliance obligations in line with corporate policies and legal requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain all necessary permits, licenses, and documentation.
- Interface with statutory authorities during inspections and ensure zero non-compliances
- Risk Identification and Control:
- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA), implement mitigation measures, and regularly review work areas for unsafe conditions.
- Incident Management:
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure timely and accurate incident reporting.
- Training and Awareness:
- Organize site-specific EHS inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Assess training effectiveness periodically.
