The Role

Centre Performance

• Drive membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events.
• Maximise profitability through debt and revenue management and staff efficiency.
• Deliver excellent family and member experiences.
• Manage daily operations so the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Tutor team.
• Prioritise safeguarding and the safety and wellbeing of every child.

A Day in the Life

• Role-model excellent tutoring and coach the team to support progress in maths and English.
• Monitor and celebrate member progress and discuss achievements and next steps with families.
• Build local brand presence through community engagement and sales activation.
• Host trial sessions and manage enquiries and new member experiences.

Compensation

• Starting salary is £27,000 per annum.
• Centres in the London area receive an additional annual uplift of £1,000 to £3,500 for London weighting.
• An individual performance bonus of £750 twice a year may be available based on centre performance.

Location and Schedule

• The role is based full-time at an Explore Learning centre.
• Typical hours are Tuesday 11am–8pm, Wednesday 11am–8pm, Thursday 11am–7pm, Friday 9am–6pm, and Saturday 9am–5pm.
• Working hours may vary between centres.
