Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the editorial team's daily operations and output
- Define and enforce editorial standards, tone, and content policies
- Develop and execute a digital content strategy across all channels
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging
- Review and approve content before publication to ensure accuracy and quality
- Track content performance, analyze results, and report to leadership
- Manage publishing schedules and ensure timely delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field
- 5 8 years of experience in editorial and digital content roles
- Previous experience in a tech company or startup is a plus
- Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Proficiency in CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) and SEO fundamentals
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
