Organizational unit purpose
The Governance, Consumer & Wealth Management Compliance unit supports effective management of compliance risks across the business.
Compliance activities
- The unit focuses on anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and sanctions requirements.
- Conduct enhanced due diligence, periodic reviews, and trigger-based reviews to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
- Ensure cases are assigned, tracked, investigated, and concluded within established requirements.
- Maintain accurate management information and appropriate records.
- Work with business and internal stakeholders to address compliance concerns and escalate significant issues.
- Support informed risk-based decisions and strengthen compliance controls.
- Support adherence to Group policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
