The Delivery Lead co-owns and facilitates delivery of Wealth Tribe initiatives with tribe leads and Product Owners.
Responsibilities
- Foster collaboration, continuous learning, innovation, and an engineering culture among squads.
- Support the highest degree of platform stability and compliance with non-functional requirements.
- Apply domain knowledge to guide project teams and inform decisions.
- Stay updated on wealth industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Excellent domain and problem-solving skills.
- Functional understanding of banking and wealth management, including wealth portfolio and order management processes.
- Detailed understanding of bonds, funds, stocks, IPOs, equity trading, MIP, Lombard lending, and market pricing.
- Awareness of digital assets trading, regulatory requirements around new asset classes, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and biometrics.
