Role purpose
Provide end-to-end service to Priority Banking customers and support the relationship managers responsible for their portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Service customer queries, requests, complaints, applications, and system requests in line with bank turnaround times.
- Prioritize service for customers visiting Priority Centers.
- Resolve complaints at first contact where possible, follow through to resolution, and escalate when necessary.
- Follow up after complaint resolution to check customer experience.
- Follow bank policies and procedures and report discrepancies to management.
- Cross-sell to Priority Banking customers and ensure each has at least five bank products.
Qualifications
- High school or bachelor’s degree.
- Relevant experience in customer service roles.
