Ecommerce Analyst

Qualifications

• Required:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Experience with or strong aptitude for learning Looker and GA4.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project/issue tracking tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable recommendations.

• The ideal candidate is a self-starter and critical problem solver who approaches issues with a logical mindset, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are highly analytical, comfortable distilling complex data into clear takeaways, and an effective communicator across both technical and non-technical audiences. They are amenable to change, adaptable to shifting priorities, and able to negotiate alignment across stakeholders with competing needs. Experience in luxury retail or premium brand e-commerce is a plus, as is exposure to Fluent OMS, SAP, SFCC, or SQL. Familiarity with AI-powered tools for site monitoring or productivity (e.g., Noibu, Microsoft Copilot) is valued.
