Job Description
Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to support and enhance our online business operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, monitoring inventory, coordinating online orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all digital sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and new product launches. * Monitor online sales performance and contribute to achieving revenue targets. * Track inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability. * Process invoices and coordinate with the accounting team regarding online transactions and payments. * Maintain website content and ensure all product information is accurate and up to date. * Coordinate with shipping and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues in a professional and timely manner. * Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Support promotional campaigns and online marketing activities. * Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and website performance.
