Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic E-Commerce Head to lead and drive our online business operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing e-commerce strategies, managing online sales channels, optimizing digital performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage and oversee all online sales platforms and ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor website functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Oversee order processing, online payments, and fulfillment operations.
- Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring integration with marketplaces and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
