E-Commerce Executive – OmniFlow General Trading LLC (Dubai, UAE)
About Us
OmniFlow General Trading LLC is a dynamic and fast-growing trading company specializing in high-quality products across various industries.
As we expand our online presence, we are looking for a talented **E-Commerce Executive** to drive our digital sales and marketplace success.
Job Responsibilities
✅ **Manage Online Marketplaces:** Handle listings, promotions, and operations on platforms like Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other e-commerce channels.
✅ **Product Listings & Optimization:** Create, update, and enhance product descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.
✅ **Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management:** Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing and stock accuracy.
✅ **Digital Marketing Support:** Assist in PPC campaigns, email marketing, social media promotions, and Google Ads.
✅ **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Monitor sales trends, track KPIs, and generate reports to improve performance.
✅ **Customer Support:** Address customer inquiries, process returns/exchanges, and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Noon.
Experience
with SEO, PPC, and online marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and basic photo editing tools is a plus.
