E-Commerce Specialist and Social Media Executive

About This Role
Ecommerce Management
- Manage and update products on ecommerce platforms and website.
- Upload product details, pricing, images, and descriptions.
- Monitor orders, inventory, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.
- Manage distributorships and maintain strong business relationships.
- Source new distributorship opportunities for ecommerce growth.
- Coordinate with suppliers and source new suppliers when required.
Social Media Management
- Manage daily social media posting and scheduling.
- Create engaging captions, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer queries professionally.
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms and social media handling.
- Familiarity with Canva, Excel, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook is a plus.
- Strong coordination and supplier management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask.
- Flexible with work timings when required.
Note
This role requires flexibility in working hours and active participation in promotional content creation, including videos and social media shoots.
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
