We’re Hiring \| E-Commerce Manager – Retail
Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced E-Commerce Manager – Retail to lead, manage, and scale our online retail business in the UAE.
This role will oversee the complete E-Commerce ecosystem, including online platforms, customer experience, digital growth, payment systems, marketplace management, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize company E-Commerce platforms, online stores, and marketplace channels
- Drive online sales growth, revenue generation, and conversion optimization strategies
- Own the complete customer journey from acquisition, website experience, checkout, fulfilment coordination, and after-sales service
- Oversee payment gateways, checkout flows, ERP/system integrations, and digital operations
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing and promotional campaigns
- Monitor website traffic, customer behaviour, and performance analytics to improve ROI and customer retention
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare management reports, sales forecasts, and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Ensure operational efficiency, stock availability coordination, and marketplace compliance

- ROI on Digital Campaigns
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Retail, or Online Business Management
- Strong understanding of online stores, digital payments, customer journeys, and marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with E-Commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing
- UAE market experience is highly preferred
- Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English with leadership skills
