E-Commerce Specialist About Albaseet Group
ALBASEET GROUP has been operating since 2013, with branches across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Syria.
We develop **ALBASEET Accounting & POS Software** and supply retail technology solutions, including **Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS)** systems, POS hardware, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and other retail business solutions.
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced **E-commerce Specialist** to manage and grow the company's online sales channels across current and future e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our online channels, including product management, inventory accuracy, pricing, order fulfillment, performance optimization, and sales growth while ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the company's e-commerce sales channels.
- Create new product listings and optimize existing ones.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate pricing across all platforms.
- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Analyze marketplace performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team to update product images and content when needed.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
- Submit a daily work plan each morning and an end-of-day report summarizing completed tasks, pending work, and operational challenges.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces.
- Experience managing products, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Based in Dubai or able to commute daily.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop.
- Experience with marketplace advertising.
- Basic photo editing or content creation skills.
- Experience selling hardware, electronics, or retail technology products.
