Responsibilities
- Handle online sales and customer inquiries.
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain and improve customer reviews and ratings.
- Coordinate order processing and delivery with the team.
- Update sales and customer records regularly.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of online sales platforms and social media.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- The role is onsite, with work location stated as in person.
