Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven **E-commerce Specialist** to manage and grow our online sales channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for website management, product listings, digital marketing, and optimizing the overall online customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company’s e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.)
- Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse team
- Optimize product visibility through SEO, keywords, and promotions
- Analyze sales performance and generate reports
- Plan and execute online campaigns, discounts, and seasonal promotions
- Ensure smooth order processing, payment tracking, and delivery coordination
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally
- Work closely with marketing and store teams to boost online sales
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a similar role
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Noon, or similar
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
