E-commerce Operations
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and other platforms.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing, for visibility and sales.
- Maintain accurate inventory across online platforms and coordinate with fulfillment centers.
- Manage Shopify products, collections, theme updates, promotions, discount codes, and checkout experience.
Campaigns, Reporting, and Coordination
- Run and optimize Amazon/Noon PPC campaigns and integrate Shopify campaigns with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Analyze sales reports, provide insights, and prepare performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams for order processing.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and issue resolution for online sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and design on promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
