E-commerce Sales Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sales plans across the website, online marketplaces, Google campaigns, social media, and WhatsApp.
• Choose products and service packages for each channel based on customer demand, pricing, and profit margin.
• Generate qualified enquiries and respond promptly to leads.
• Call customers, identify requirements, prepare or coordinate quotations, and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate site surveys, installation, and delivery with UAE technical and operations teams.
• Improve product listings, promotions, and campaigns based on sales results.
• Maintain lead and sales records and submit weekly reports on enquiries, quotations, orders, revenue, and conversion.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of UAE experience in e-commerce or online sales.
• Demonstrable experience generating leads and personally converting them into orders.
• Working knowledge of websites, online marketplaces, paid advertising, social media, and WhatsApp sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persistent follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales targets.
• Experience with CCTV, security systems, IT, electronics, or technical services is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation

• The posting lists AED 4,000 per month; the description states pay of AED 4,000–AED 8,000 per month.
