We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven E-commerce Operations & Performance Specialist to drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, with a strong focus on the Salla platform.

🔹 Key Responsibilities | المهام الرئيسية

  • Drive sustainable online revenue growth while maintaining profitability targets
  • تحقيق نمو مستدام في الإيرادات مع الحفاظ على الربحية
  • Improve conversion rate and reduce cart abandonment through CRO and automation
  • تحسين معدل التحويل وتقليل التخلي عن السلة باستخدام CRO والأتمتة
  • Manage paid performance campaigns with strict ROAS targets
  • إدارة الحملات الإعلانية وفق أهداف ROAS محددة
  • Align inventory with operations to avoid stock gaps
  • التنسيق مع العمليات لضمان توفر المخزون
  • Build and optimize marketing automation flows (e.g., WebEngage)
  • بناء وتحسين أنظمة الأتمتة التسويقية
  • Strengthen organic growth through advanced SEO strategies
  • تعزيز النمو العضوي باستخدام استراتيجيات SEO متقدمة
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights
  • إعداد تقارير أسبوعية بالأداء مع توصيات واضحة
  • Manage 2–3 team members and collaborate cross-functionally
  • إدارة فريق صغير والتنسيق مع الأقسام المختلفة
  • Fully manage and optimize Salla store operations (products, pricing, promotions, landing pages, and merchandising)
  • إدارة متجر سلة بشكل كامل (المنتجات، التسعير، العروض، الصفحات، وتنظيم العرض)

🔹 Requirements | المتطلبات

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and performance growth
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في التجارة الإلكترونية وتحقيق النمو
  • At least 3 years managing revenue targets and campaigns independently
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة الإيرادات والحملات بشكل مستقل
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Salla platform end-to-end (Mandatory)
  • خبرة عملية قوية في إدارة منصة سلة بشكل كامل (شرط أساسي)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

🔹 Technical Skills | المهارات التقنية

  • Advanced Salla platform management (products, offers, UX optimization, integrations)
  • إدارة متقدمة لمنصة سلة (المنتجات، العروض، تجربة المستخدم، التكاملات)
  • Performance marketing (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
  • التسويق عبر المنصات الإعلانية المختلفة
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & A/B testing
  • تحسين معدل التحويل واختبارات A/B
  • Marketing automation tools (WebEngage or similar)
  • أدوات الأتمتة التسويقية
  • Advanced SEO (Technical & On-page)
  • تحسين محركات البحث المتقدم
  • GA4, attribution & funnel analysis
  • تحليل البيانات باستخدام GA4 ومسارات التحويل

🔹 Preferred Qualifications | المؤهلات المفضلة

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص مناسب
  • Certifications (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Growth) are a plus
