E-commerce & Online Presence Specialist

About This Role

Role Description

E-commerce & Digital Specialist manages and enhances the company’s digital footprint across all online platforms. This includes maintaining the website, managing social media channels, optimizing online campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying improvement opportunities while ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital touchpoints. Additional responsibilities include creating engaging digital content, leveraging analytics tools for reporting, and optimizing user engagement across various platforms.

E-commerce

1- Platform Management: Managing products on company websites and other platforms such as Noon, Amazon, etc..
2- Performance Marketing: Running paid advertising on meta platforms, TikTok, and Snapchat, requiring experience with headwerar brands.
3- Website Optimization: Improving SEO, UI/UX, and product descriptions to drive sales.
4- Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring KPIs like conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Online Platform Management
1- Manage and update the company website, e-commerce platforms, and landing pages.
2- Oversee social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
3- Ensure branding and messaging consistency across all platforms.
4- Coordinate with designers and developers for updates and improvements.

Content & Campaign Execution
1- Plan and publish digital content calendars.
2- Create or coordinate production of posts, videos, blogs, newsletters, and ads.
3- Support PR and marketing campaigns online.
4- Optimize content for SEO and engagement.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
1- Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
2- Prepare monthly performance reports and insights.
3- Track website traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement.
4- Recommend improvements based on data.

SEO & Digital Optimization
1- Implement basic SEO best practices.
2- Improve website usability and conversion rates.
3- Manage paid ads if required (Google Ads, social campaigns).

Qualifications

Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess platform performance and decision-making
Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
Experience with Digital Strategy development and implementation
Proven record of Project Management to ensure timely and efficient execution of initiatives
Competency in Digital Marketing with a focus on online presence enhancement
Ability to work collaboratively and meet objectives in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with website analytics tools is a must
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
