About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **E-commerce & Digital Sales Executive** to manage and grow our online sales channels within the UAE.
This role is focused on the daily operations of online platforms, improving product performance, and supporting local business development.
E-commerce Management (Amazon & Noon)
- Manage and monitor daily operations of Amazon and Noon stores etc..
- Ensure product listings are active, accurate, and optimized
- Handle stock updates, pricing, and product availability
- Resolve issues such as out-of-stock, order delays, or listing errors
- Coordinate order processing and fulfillment
Market Research
- Identify potential sales channels
- Build and maintain a database of potential and existing clients
- Support outreach and follow-ups with local leads
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram)
- Create and schedule posts regularly
- Respond to messages and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva etc...
Sales Support
- Follow up with existing clients
- Support business development activities within the UAE
Requirements
- Previous experience in Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon is **mandatory**
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- Good command of English
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Experience in FMCG or food industry is a plus
