E-commerce & Digital Sales Executive (UAE Only)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce & Digital Sales Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels within the UAE. This role is focused on the daily operations of online platforms, improving product performance, and supporting local business development.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management (Amazon & Noon)
- Manage and monitor daily operations of Amazon and Noon stores etc..
- Ensure product listings are active, accurate, and optimized
- Handle stock updates, pricing, and product availability
- Resolve issues such as out-of-stock, order delays, or listing errors
- Coordinate order processing and fulfillment
Market Research
- Identify potential sales channels
- Build and maintain a database of potential and existing clients
- Support outreach and follow-ups with local leads
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram)
- Create and schedule posts regularly
- Respond to messages and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva etc...
Sales Support
- Follow up with existing clients
- Support business development activities within the UAE
Requirements
- Previous experience in Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon is mandatory
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- Good command of English
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Experience in FMCG or food industry is a plus
