Overview
We are an expanding Dairy & Ice Cream manufacturer and have a retail brand in the UAE, specializing in **premium fresh dairy, and artisanal dairy products (including fresh paneer, pure ghee, kulfi, and flavored milk etc)**.
We are seeking a remote **E-commerce & Q-Commerce Specialist** to take full ownership of launching and maintaining our brand and retail shop presence across major UAE aggregators and marketplace channels.
This role covers the entire lifecycle: initiating platform onboarding, managing listings, and optimizing daily sales operations.
1. Store Setup, Onboarding & Category Mapping
- **Multi-Channel Onboarding:** Lead the end-to-end registration and activation process across UAE **Quick-Commerce apps (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon Minutes, Keeta, Zomato)** and **E-commerce marketplaces (Noon.com, Amazon UAE)**.
- **Compliance & Documentation:** Coordinate with our team to submit required corporate and local municipality documentation (UAE Trade License, VAT certificates, and food/product registrations).
- **SKU & Catalog Management:** Build, format, and optimize high-converting digital storefront menus. Accurately categorize our diverse retail lines (e.g., separating fresh dairy items, ambient goods like ghee, and frozen desserts like kulfi) with clear descriptions, accurate weight/volume metrics, and crisp imagery.
2. Daily Operations & Cold-Chain Inventory Management
- **Live Inventory Sync:** Maintain real-time stock updates across all vendor dashboards, ensuring zero out-of-stock cancellations on highly perishable, fresh daily items.
- **Dynamic Pricing & Promotions:** Implement retail pricing strategies, bundles, and platform-specific promotional campaigns (discounts, flash deals) to drive daily order volume.
- **Vendor Portal Maintenance:** Manage daily health metrics (acceptance rates, preparation delays) and liaise directly with platform account managers to troubleshoot operational or visibility bottlenecks.
Technical & Industry Requirements
- **UAE Market Experience:** **2–3 years of hands-on experience** managing vendor portals in the UAE food/grocery sector is mandatory.
- **Domain Expertise:** **Direct experience with Fresh Dairy, perishable foods, or cold-chain FMCG categories is highly preferred.** The candidate must understand the fast-paced nature of fresh food retail logistics.
- **Platform Mastery:** Proven expertise using backend tools such as *Talabat Partner Portal, Noon Seller Lab, Deliveroo Hub, and Careem Merchant*.
- **Regulatory Familiarity:** Basic understanding of UAE municipality labeling regulations, shelf-life constraints, and food safety compliance for online delivery.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
