About Us

We are a leading organic supermarket in the UAE, selling thousands of products through our retail stores and major online marketplaces.

We are looking for an experienced **E-Commerce Marketplace Executive** who can independently manage our online sales channels, optimize product listings, monitor daily operations, and drive marketplace performance.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our marketplace accounts, including:
  • Amazon UAE
  • InstaShop
  • Noon
  • Deliveroo
  • Talabat
  • Careem
  • Other online marketplaces and grocery delivery platforms
  • Create, upload, and maintain product listings.
  • Manage product catalogues, pricing, promotions, images, attributes, and descriptions.
  • Update stock availability and inventory across all platforms.
  • Handle product variations, EAN/UPC/Barcode mapping, and category assignments.
  • Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing and fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and delivery teams to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Resolve listing issues, suppressed products, catalog errors, and marketplace compliance issues.
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and platform policies.
  • Generate marketplace sales reports and recommend strategies to increase sales and visibility.
  • Work with marketing teams to improve product rankings and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing **Amazon Seller Central** and other UAE e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong experience with platforms such as Amazon, InstaShop, Noon, Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem, or similar online sales channels.
  • Excellent knowledge of:
  • Product listings
  • Catalog management
  • Inventory management
  • Pricing updates
  • EAN/UPC/Barcode management
  • Experience handling grocery, supermarket, FMCG, or organic products is highly preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot marketplace issues independently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Must be available to join immediately.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central account management.
  • Knowledge of marketplace SEO and listing optimization.
  • Experience managing promotional campaigns and deals.
  • Familiarity with inventory synchronization across multiple sales channels.
  • Understanding of marketplace analytics and performance reporting.

Job Type: Full-time
