Role Overview
Lead e-commerce strategy, online P&L management, and profitable growth for Lacoste and Guess.
Use data insights, performance marketing, operations, and merchandising to deliver a strong customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and e-retail partners.
Strategy and Planning
- Lead the annual strategy and budget with the e-commerce and brand general managers.
- Manage product, pricing, and promotional strategies across retail, e-commerce, and e-retail channels.
- Own the online brand P&L and optimize cost drivers and profitability.
- Cultivate relationships with agencies and e-retail teams to drive e-commerce growth.
Online Merchandising
- Develop product assortment and presentation strategies using customer preferences, inventory, performance, and trends.
- Oversee product categorization, tagging, and search functionality to improve user experience and conversions.
- Plan promotions and campaigns and maintain accurate pricing, images, and product descriptions.
Performance Marketing and Analytics
- Develop and execute performance marketing across PPC, display, social, and affiliate channels.
- Optimize marketing spend, creative, and targeting using performance data.
- Use web data to identify areas for improvement and support e-commerce reporting.
Requirements
- Experience managing e-commerce strategy, online P&L, and profitable growth.
- Ability to use customer, inventory, performance, and trend data to guide merchandising decisions.
- Ability to develop and optimize performance marketing across PPC, display, social, and affiliate channels.
- Ability to manage product categorization, tagging, search functionality, pricing, imagery, and online content.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, third-party agencies, and e-retail partners.
