Maylaa International Trading LLC is looking for an experienced and results-driven e-commerce professional to lead and grow our online business operations.

This role will oversee end-to-end e-commerce management, including sales growth, marketing campaigns, platform optimization, and customer support operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

1. E-commerce Operations

  • Manage daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms, coordinating with customer support, logistics, and purchase teams.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory synchronization by working closely with finance and purchase teams for offer planning and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with creative and digital media teams to launch campaigns and track ROI.
  • Optimize workflows to improve order fulfillment efficiency, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Manage logistics/fulfillment partners to ensure timely deliveries and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategies for sales growth and global expansion across E-commerce, Quick Commerce, and Marketplace channels.

2. Website & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and affiliate platforms.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to scale revenue and market share domestically and internationally.
  • Oversee SEO/ASO strategies to strengthen organic traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate with creative and social teams for collaborations, content marketing, and social media growth.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate) to ensure profitability targets are achieved.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use data-driven insights to design new acquisition and retention campaign strategies.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, providing insights and forward-looking growth plans.
  • Lead customer journey mapping and track KPIs such as traffic, conversions, repeat purchase rate, and lead generation.

4. Customer Relationship & Retention

  • Manage CRM campaigns across remarketing, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to improve engagement and retention.
  • Enhance customer lifetime value (CLV) through loyalty programs, segmentation, and personalized offers.
  • Collaborate with customer support to continuously enhance customer satisfaction and postpurchase experience.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce management, with proven track record in driving online sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Affiliate Networks).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/ASO strategies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.).
  • Experience in Quick Commerce, Marketplaces, and global e-commerce expansion is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, loyalty program design, and retention marketing.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, and leadership skills with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
