Job Description
- Manage and maintain company IT systems, networks, and hardware.
- Provide technical support to employees and retail stores for software and hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and networking devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups.
- Handle email systems, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases and maintenance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations within the office.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of IT support experience, handling hardware, software, and basic networking tasks.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills are required to resolve issues for office staff and retail stores.
- Can handle in system setup and configuration, including computers, printers, and user accounts.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi is essential.
- Good communication skills are needed to support employees professionally and clearly.
- Must be reliable, organized, and able to ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations with minimal supervision.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
