Job Description

• Deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience to every customer.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of fragrances, notes, and brand collections.
• Maintain a refined, visually appealing store environment aligned with luxury standards.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and ensure repeat visits.
• Uphold the brand’s image through professional appearance, etiquette, and service.
• Assist with inventory, replenishment, and product organization.
• Provide daily sales updates and customer insights to management.

Job Requirements

• Language Skills: Arabic & French speaker is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (luxury perfume experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Warm, professional, and attentive service approach.
• Must maintain a polished, luxury‑appropriate appearance.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
• Genuine interest in perfumes, luxury brands, and customer.
• Candidates inside Al Ain & Abu Dhabi area are preferred.

• Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
