The Role
We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce & Growth Manager who owns the full digital revenue funnel , from ad spend to checkout.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You must think like a business owner: obsessed with revenue, margins, and measurable growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan and run Meta & Google Ads (performance campaigns, retargeting, scaling)
- Manage and optimize Shopify (product listings, pricing, UX improvements)
- Drive Conversion Rate Optimization across landing pages, product pages, and checkout
- Execute email & WhatsApp campaigns for retention and re-engagement
- Analyse performance data (ROAS, CAC, funnel drop-offs) and act on findings
- Plan promotional campaigns — drops, bundles, and seasonal offers
What You Must Have
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads (real budgets, real results)
- Shopify backend management — products, variants, and pricing
- Strong grasp of ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, and funnel analytics
- Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics proficiency
- Email marketing tools
- Commercial mindset - you think in revenue, not just clicks
- Nice to Have
- WhatsApp campaign execution
- A/B testing experience
- Shopify apps (upsell, reviews, bundles)
- Customer psychology and CRO tools knowledge
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS 3x and above \| Conversion Rate 2–3% \| Monthly Revenue Growth \| AOV Improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jebel Ali Freezone: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- E-Commerce Marketing & Growth Management: 2 years (Required)
