About This Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support and execute our online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon).
  • Ensure accurate product information including pricing, pack sizes, barcodes, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain stock availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Execute online promotions, discounts, and bundle offers in line with trade marketing plans.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports (sales, stock levels, campaign performance).
  • Track competitor pricing, promotions, and assortment.
  • Optimize product visibility through keyword updates, banners, and merchandising.
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns and visibility opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any operational issues impacting customer experience.
  • Support new product launches online, ensuring timely listing and visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Strong Excel skills (reporting, data tracking).
  • Good understanding of online merchandising and promotions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
