E-Commerce Executive
About This Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling e-commerce platforms, updating product listings, managing orders, and supporting online marketing activities to improve sales performance and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Update product information, pricing, images, and inventory
- Process online orders, returns, and customer inquiries
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Run promotions and support digital marketing campaigns
- Optimize product content for SEO and better visibility
- Manage marketplace accounts such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and Sharaf DG.
- Track competitor pricing and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in e-commerce or online sales is recommended but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Noon or similar platforms is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce field

Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
