E-Commerce Executive
About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, website, etc.)
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings, images, pricing, and descriptions
- Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries
- Track inventory and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and KPIs
- Manage marketplace accounts (Amazon Seller Central, etc.) and ensure compliance
- Run and optimize paid ads (Amazon Ads, Google, Meta, etc.)
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams
- Ensure product content accuracy and website updates
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
