The e-commerce executive oversees daily online store operations, website updates, and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Shopify and WordPress websites for functionality, visual appeal, and user experience.
- Create product listings and descriptions, optimize images, set prices and discounts, and manage product categories.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders to branded packaging standards and coordinate with local and international couriers.
- Monitor inventory, conduct stock counts, track stock across warehouse channels, and prevent stockouts or over-fulfillment.
- Assist with order tracking, returns and exchanges, and delivery queries.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on e-commerce store operations experience.
- Proficiency with Shopify Admin, WordPress CMS, and basic inventory tracking tools.
- Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce experience is preferred.
- High accuracy in product data entry, SKU tracking, and physical packing.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet daily dispatch deadlines, and manage stock efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
