Ali & Arwa Trading is a Dubai-based trading and distribution company working with fashion, accessories, food and beverage, and consumer goods brands across the UAE and GCC.
The role focuses on new client acquisition and growing distribution partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new accounts, marketplace buyers, and distribution partners across the UAE and GCC.
- Book and attend in-person meetings with decision-makers.
- Pitch the company’s brands and product portfolio.
- Manage leads and the sales pipeline from first contact through signed agreement.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and report weekly on meetings, pipeline status, and conversions.
What the employer needs
- An existing network of UAE retail buyers, category managers, or marketplace contacts is non-negotiable.
- Proven B2B sales experience is required; consumer goods, fashion, accessories, or FMCG experience is ideal.
- Confident presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-management, target orientation, and comfort working on commission.
- Dubai location and own transport are preferred.
Compensation
- Base pay plus commission, with performance-weighted compensation.
- Uncapped earning potential tied to accounts won.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
- The role involves meeting buyers and pitching to retailers in the market.
