Junior executive supporting aggregator operations for a retail pharmacy chain.
The role focuses on accurate store information, smooth order processing, and coordination with delivery partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational requirements with delivery aggregators.
- Follow up on outlet onboarding, product updates, pricing, and store availability.
- Track order issues, cancellations, and partner escalations.
- Support promotional campaigns and platform activations.
- Coordinate with pharmacy outlets and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain reports and track key operational metrics.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience.
- Experience with delivery platforms or retail operations is advantageous.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
