Role overview
Manage online aggregator and marketplace channels for a retail pharmacy chain, driving digital sales, operational efficiency, and brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Manage partnerships with delivery aggregators and online marketplaces.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and channel performance across pharmacy outlets.
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and platform visibility.
- Coordinate with operations, merchandising, marketing, and inventory teams to support product availability and order fulfilment.
- Monitor sales performance, commissions, competitor activity, and campaign effectiveness.
- Resolve escalations and strengthen partner relationships.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aggregator or marketplace management; retail pharmacy, healthcare retail, or FMCG experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE platforms such as Amazon, Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, or similar.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and sales performance analysis.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
