Sourcing of cost-effective supplies of RM Preparation of RM plan as per production targets Tracking and maintaining RM inventory levels at plant to meet production and dispatch targets on economic parity.
Supervising logistics operation viz. road/rail transportation.
Negotiating and coordinating with transporters, suppliers to ensure seamless and cost effective movement of consignment.
Preparation of tender pricing and documentation for long/short term contract.
Tracking of RM sourcing of other cement companies in our cluster.
Managing day to day commercial operation, tracking and preparing compliance reports for management.
