Oversee daily operations at an Experience Center, maintaining hospitality standards, facility performance, and a premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping, security, landscaping, MEP systems, and soft services.
- Maintain luxury hospitality and presentation standards throughout the center.
- Supervise facilities contractors and service providers, ensuring efficient operations and service quality.
- Handle customer, VIP, and management requests professionally.
- Inspect facilities and ensure health, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
- Support sales and marketing events with operational readiness.
- Monitor contractor performance, operational costs, KPIs, and SLAs; resolve service concerns and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in luxury residential developments, hospitality, or premium experience centers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven experience managing facilities contractors, service providers, and daily facility operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing luxury environment.
